Fundraising Policy

The Fundraising Policy defines the responsibilities of IICO’s leadership in overseeing fundraising activities and the guiding philosophy behind their management. It establishes the regulatory framework in line with Kuwaiti laws governing the receipt of donations and outlines mechanisms for receiving donor proposals and complaints.

In line with IICO’s commitment to transparency and integrity, the policy clarifies donor rights, permissible amendments requested by donors or initiated by the Organization, and specifies the circumstances under which donations may be refunded, along with IICO’s obligations toward its donors.
