The Disclosure and Transparency Policy establishes appropriate disclosure practices that enable stakeholders to access financial and non-financial information related to the International Islamic Charitable Organization (IICO) and its performance, providing a comprehensive view of the Organization’s status. IICO is committed to ensuring that all disclosures are clear, fair, and not misleading. Under this policy, the Board of Directors is responsible for organizing the disclosure processes of its members and the executive management, maintaining a dedicated disclosure register, and updating it regularly.
